Open Letter to the Active Rain folks - part II, thank-you

Yesterday I posted a letter summarizing my general frustration at the many delays, proxy error messages, "500" messages, log-offs, and other interruptions in service, I am so happy to report that today everything is running great! Yeah! And a big thank-you to the Active Rain folks behind the scenes.

Into everyone's life a little rain must fail - even Active Rain so it would seem.

It's good to be back. I hope this is a good sign.

Well it is free so I don't complain about it.  My guess is they need more storage space.

I have not seen one problem today.  Life is good.

John, thanks for commenting. Yes, it is free and it's a fantastic network. We have been going through some growing pains, but that doesn't mean that there hasn't been a little discomfort here and there.

Bill, as Hannibal Hayes of A-Team fame used to say, "I love it when a plan comes together." Thanks.

Steve, a little speed bump in life. I know that they have been working hard to make our Rain World a little brighter. Nice ThemThem to the Team.

Steve, everything is working great on my end. Whenever there is a problem though, the ActiveRain staff always seems to come through and resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Duane, it sure is nice when things are working well again. It's a little like needing to boil your water or burning candles for light in an emergency and then getting the service back that you have come to expect.

Michael, whatever was the issue does seem to have been resolved. However, a little communication about what was occurring might have been a good idea.
