Steve - In looking at this picture I decided it could be one of two things. Either I am on the ground looking up into the clouds at the bird OR I am up above looking down at the bird flying over a body of water with foam or whitecaps on it.
So which is it? I prefer to think I am flying higher than an eagle (or buzzard)!
Cyndi
I always wonder how the birds keep from getting dizzy when they are flying around like that.
Steve
What kind of bird? Is that a hawk? Did you happen upon it as you were sky diving or hang gliding?
Hi Steve,
Love that blue color. Not sure if the white makes it more intense but it's beautiful!
♫ Fly like an eagle.. let my spirit carry me... I want to fly.... ♪ Sorry, I couldn't help myself! ☺
Great shot Steve. To me it looks like you were looking down at the bird from higher up. ;)

Bill and Cyndi,
I see that. Actually it's looking up at a very pretty cloud formation. :)
Steve
Lindsey,
They probably wonder how we can walk so far. :)
Steve
Pacita,
It's a hawk - nothing that adventuresome. I was standing on the ground. :)
Steve
DeeDee,
We get some great looking skies here - and big ones, too. :)
Steve
Joni,
Thanks. It deserve a tune. :)
Steve
Paul,
It does look that way, but I was standing on the ground. :)
Steve
Steve, what an amazing view... up and I'm sure the hawk had a glorious one looking down! Great inspiring image!
If you are going to do something might as well soar at great heights! Enjoy your day!
Emily,
Thanks. I enjoyed seeing it as well when I took it. :)
Steve
Wayne,
Great thought for the day. Thanks. :)
Steve
Steve I must agree with Joni #5.... Her comment singing brought a smile to go with your great photo! Happy Monday!
John,
Thank you and may it be a joyous Monday. :)
Steve
Looks like airstreams flowing across the skies, Steve! If that tiny looking gull catches one of 'em, he could travel hundreds of miles without flapping a wing if he chose to!
Myrl,
A great sky to watch or catch a thermal. :)
Steve
I just love to look at and photograph clouds myself so I love this photo. The bird then puts it all into perspective. Well done.
Gretchen
Gretchen and Mel,
Thank you. :)
Steve
Steve, Hence the saying "A bird's eye view" ! great photo...
Marilyn,
Yes. Thank you. :)
