Steve I shot the moon tonight also but haven't pulled them off the camera yet.  It may have been too dark by the time I got the tri-pod set up to get the full effect as you did so well.  IF they turn out I'll share with the class.  Thanks for a great moon view!

Night photography is tricky because the camera is not as sensitive as our eyes. :)

- Thanks Simon! I really am ftrtunaoe. I live in the most densely populated county in the state but a relatively short drive still takes me to places like the Hillsboro River where I can experience the beautiful scenery and amazing wildlife. It amazes me this portion of the river has been (mostly) spared (for now) considering the surrounding and approaching development.March 28, 2011 2:11 pm
