This brand new year of 2012 seems somehow different than new years in the past. It seems like something good is poised to happen. That would be great.
It seems like we should have turned our clocks ahead or back or something special like this and not just slipped into the new year with just the rolling over of 11:59 to 12:00. It just seemed to cry out for a dramatic change like that.
Well, we have 366 days - chapters, if you like, and this is leap year - on which to write our history and make things happen for ourselves, our businesses, and more importantly, others whom we impact.
Let's see just how much different this year might be - to the good side - for years past.

Steve, I feel it also...that it will be different. Not so sure in any level of measured articulation on how it will be but more on the level of just some sense that it will be. No science going on here. I just feel it. Here is to

Steve...I think 2012 will not be a great year in Real Estate...what I do think...when we look back...2012 will be the year that will be looked on as the year that we bottomed out and began moving up again.
All of us need to make special plans for February 29th this year. It will be a good time to double check to see if we are on target with our resolutions and goals for the year.
