National Hot Dog Month

Just in time for the 4th of July weekend and all of the cookouts and baseball games that are scheduled, July is "National Hot Dog Month."

While I can't begin to eat as many hot dogs as the Nathan's champion - probably not even spread out over the whole month - I'll do my part.

Let's celebrate July by eating our share of the All-American food.

Hi Steve~ I like mine with ketchup, mustard, relish and  onions!  I'm sure I'll have a few during the month of July!

Steve, I like turkey hot dogs with ketchup and relish but no bun...I know I'm strange and the hot dog thing is just the start.  Thanks for the information I didn't know.  --Krystal

Everyone loves hot dogs but I don't know how the people in the hot dog eating contests can eat that many.  I'd rather savor a few instead of pigging out.  Have a great month and enjoy the holiday.

Funny you chose to post this comment. Having some people over tomorrow for a cook out. Told them I would supply the steaks. The comments back were "let's do hot dogs on the grill" Off to buy some dogs! Enjoy the day!
