In November when we turned our clocks back the hour to return to Standard Time, 3 of our clocks decided to turn back permanently.
We don't have all that many clocks anyway, and for three of them to quit on the same day seems more than coincidental. I think they were protesting the return to Standard Time. Like me, they like the longer daylight - even when it shrinks in the fall.
Don't need anymore clock failures. Since we're going in the right direction - toward Daylight Time - might be OK.
Have a great unofficial start to your spring.

Hi Steve:
My vote is to keep the clocks consistent all year long...
Nothing is worse than losing an hour. It takes me a good week to adjust!
Toula,
I agree. Arizona has it right...
I agree Steve, losing an hour is a drag and is not easy to adjust to but I am sure glad spring is about here!
Toula,
It does mess with everyone's internal clock. I agree - set the clocks ahead and leave them there. :)
Steve
Tara,
At least they don't have to keep taking their clocks up and down. :)
Steve
Keith,
In a couple of weeks we won't miss that hour. :)
Steve
It's always such a challenge for my to adjust to the time change. Usually takes a week. I just need to focus on the extra daylight, not the missing hour of sleep. (Although I do like to get my 8 hours!)
Donna,
Many of us will have a little adjustment period. :)
Steve
I really don't care, as long as they leave it alone. I don't care if it's standard or daylight --PLEASE just leave it alone!! The older I get the longer it takes to adjust my internal clock.
Hi Steve. I wish it was like Hawai'i where there is no adjustment.
Steve
OK tonight is the night of nights to change the ALL the clocks.
Good luck and success.
Lou Ludwig
I am sooooo looking forwar to spring. Daylight saving ushers in the spring season. I have the allergy pills waiting. I can hardly wait.
Let's just keep it at DST all year long. I hate the lost hour in the winter....makes it so dark sooooo long. I'd rather be in the dark in the morning when I am at my best than dark at night when I am already pooped.
Steve,
Thanks for the reminder. I totally forgot.
Steve, Spring is in the air and mre Real Etate activities. Looking forward for a busy spring and summer season. Good luck to you in this clanging season.

Good morning Steve!
I look around my house and see clocks all over...
Happy spring.
Except for the coffee maker and clock beside my bed, computer * phone and atomic clocks all re-set themselves.
With the weather we are having in Southwest Florida I have no complaints. Check with me in the fall when we do the fall back time thing and I will have a complaint.
Steve, I thought it was time to get up this morning after looking on my cell phone, then realized, it changed time automatically. I'm not a fan of this time changing thing.
We changed our clocks forward last night before retiring for the evening however we have one particular clock that is automatically set from the official United States atomic clock. It always takes 1 to 2 days for it to set itself even though it is supposed to check itself and update four times a day.
Steve,
I am now, in my view, sleep deprived. I hated losing that hour.
Jeff,
So true. It's like being on an extended trip and then going back home to a different time zone. :)
Steve
Lana,
That could work. We are the closest to the equator anyway so we have less variations in our daylight hours. :)
Steve
Lou,
And I hope your clocks fare better than ours did. :)
Steve
joan,
Bring it on, and good luck with the allergies. :)
Steve
Suzanne,
Thanks for your agreement and support. :)
Steve
Steve,
You wouldn't have forotten for very long. :)
Steve
Farooq,
Thank you and good luck to you in this "Spring Selling Spectacular." :)
Steve
Josh,
Pace yourself. Have a great spring. :)
Steve
Wallace,
Had those atomic clocks - no more. Enjoy your spring. :)
Steve
Wayne,
You can't order weather any better than this. In November if it was still light at 6:30 until of just 5:30 ... :)
Steve
Silvia,
Most people aren't - only the results so keep it at the current new time year round. :)
Steve
Paul,
We had one that reset for the old rules and never could get back on track. :)
Steve
Steve,
You'll get over it by the end of the week and then it'll be fine. :)
