Next Week At This Time, It Won't Be The Same

Next week at this time - late dusk - it will still be light. It will be an hour earlier (or later, depending on how your look at it), except in Arizona and Hawaii.

Next Sunday is the first day of Daylight Savings Time.

So instead of it being dark by 7:00 or even earlier, it will now stay light to about 8:00. The days are naturally getting longer and will be even with the daytime 2 weeks from today on the vernal equinox. Then the days will grow even longer for the next 3 months.

This is exciting.

Thanks for the reminder.  I get up with the sun, so either way, it wont make a difference to me.  But I like it.

I'm looking forward to it.  I always have preferred it staying lighter longer in the evening.  Exciting?  Not sure about that but welcome.

I am so ready to see some signs of spring!  The birds are back and the snow is melting... and I am looking for a hint of spring color.

Is it that time again Steve? I am much in the favor of springtime coming as soon as possible…
