Nancy Pelosi, oblivious to the disdain that the American people have for Congress and for this health care bill that is being voted on - and willing to negate generations of free enterprise and freedom of choice in this country, feels emboldened. She proclaims that "we are doing this for the American people." From where I sit, it looks like they are doing this to the American people.
Give Round One to Pelosi, Obama, Reid, and their followers. Round Two will go to the people on November 2nd. Could even be a TKO.

Totally agree!!! Do we have to pay for this too!!!! Moving to another country I think!
I thought we elecetd people to government to follow the will of the people - NOT to tell us that know what is better for us than we do.

Steve - This is a direct result of the American people voting for Obama as president and placing the majority of the House and Senate in the hands of the most liberal senators and congress in the history of the Unites States - could we expect anything different?

It will take generations to undo what has been done to this country. Unless, of course, we end up completely bankrupt and at the door of another revolution.
This is going to polarize our country like nothing before has done. So many millions rejoicing over thinking the government is handing them something for free, so many never again trusting their government.
I wonder if we'll have millions of new liberal voters before Nov.? A K A newly legalized illegals.
