Life can be very fast moving - particularly if we aren't prepared for it. We need to keep up with the pace so we don't lose our way or get smashed into the rocks by the raging current.

Thank you for the picture...I really wish I was there right now...
Steve - Great photo. And we always need to be alert for the whirlpools which might sweep us off course.
Hi there............remember me :-) Love the picture, resemble the words, learning to float (a little more leisurely). Life can be good, hope things are for you.

When the flood waters come here it's very hard to keep up... Thanks for the photo and post...
Steve- great photo. I felt like I was actually sitting in the raft riding the rapids.
Steve, I only did the whitewater one time and without a guide I know that I would not be prepared. It is so important to have the preparation in whatever you are doing!
Steve,
That is a great river shot. Very nice.
Steve, I love your picture. I was at the edge of a river just like this one yesterday, as a matter of fact - very peaceful.
Steve, great thought and photo!

Great advice Steve...I would add that sometimes we have to go with the flow. When we fight the current we end up struggling in a way that is optional and unnecessary.
Cathy,
It would wake you up for sure. :)
Steve
John,
Agreed. Thanks. :)
Steve
Steve - It looks like you took the shot in the middle of the river. Very cool!
Gail,
Great to hear from you again. It's been a while. Hope you're doing well. Finding a good pace is important. :)
Steve
Diane,
Be prepared then hold on. :)
Steve
Kathy,

Steve
Marchel,.
Thank you - so very well said about preparation. :)
Steve
Steve,
Thank you. It just called out to me. :)
Steve
Rick,
It is peaceful unless you're in a kayak or raft trying to dodge the rocks. :)
Steve
Tony and Darcy,
Thank you for your support and following. :)
Steve
Eva,
Thank you. I like your approach. :)
Steve
Ann,
If you can stand up it would be a great place. :)
Steve
John,
That is good. Thanks. :)
Steve
John M.,
Almost. Thanks. It was a shot waiting to happen. :)
