Unless you're from the same office, or you happen to see someone at the Board of Realtors, a RainCamp, or a NAR function, most Active Rainers don't get a chance to meet other Rainers face-to-face.
We decided to do something about that in South Florida - starting two weeks from today, on Tuesday, February 2nd.
A few weeks ago, Lou Ludwig and I met with Danielle Boutin of RAPB (Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches) and proposed that we host a "Meet & Greet" function to allow Rainers to meet face-to-face, network in-person, and begin building a relationship to supplement the one online.
We plan a short motivational message, introductions, networking, a few surprises, and a video message from our very own Bob Stewart.
So far, several people have confirmed their attendance, but there's still room for more. Call or email Danielle (561-997-8266 or dboutin@rapb.com).
Oh, the details - it's from 4:30-6:00 and its FREE. It's at exit 64 off I-95 (10th Avenue North). Go west to the 2nd light, turn right and you're there. You can see it from 10th Avenue. Come to the 4th Floor Conference Room.
This is the first of many that we are planning. We want it to be a regular event.

Hmmm, a video message......I guess this means I will need to get my haircut, and go buy a new tie.....and if I get that new tie, I'll need to get a matching pocket square. Geez, so much to do. (note to self, shower before the video........I sometimes forget that one......hmmm, that should do it)
