Phishing Report

Be very careful.

For the past couple of weeks I have been getting at least one of these message a day - sometimes up to three.

They look legitimate. They are not. Delete them and do not open them.

The subject line says something about "Facebook account update" or "New login system."

I've gotten those too, Steve. Haven't done anything with them since my Facebook account seems as good as ever. Sheesh!

I use gmail, and it sorts them out automatically as spam. We get ones from paypal and banks, too. All bogus.

I think I got those but, not having facebook at all, they were not a temptation to me.

Lottie,

That's the point, these aren't really from facebook. :)

Jon,

They aren't, and I just report on a few of them - the really bizarre or the dangerous ones. :)

Lou,

They are really irritating. Don't know what they are trying to accomplish, and I'll never know. :)
