The power of the question

There is a great truth about asking questions. It's very powerful. Whoever is asking the questions in control. Want your customers to tell you about their needs? Ask. Want to learn anything else? Ask. When you are asked a question, you answer but you are telling or sharing. You are not learning, and you are not in control of the interview until you ask a question and regain the learning role.
