And they wonder why they're not making sales

One large office supply store (not Staples or Office Max - the other one) constantly emails me their coupons - apparently in the hopes that I'll break my self-imposed boycott of their stores. I won't.

If they think this latest coupon (which looks the same as all of their other coupons) will lure me in, it won't. Especially when you read the fine print - everything worth buying except paper and pens is excluded from the coverage of the coupon.

Spend $75 and get $20 off. That's not bad - that's over a 25% discount. But let's see. Can't buy HP ink or toner, gift cards, software, or technology (printers, phones, speakers - basically anything computer or audio related). That leaves paper, pens, and non-HP ink and toner.

With a deal like this, people should be flocking in.
