A recipe for "sales stew"

Here’s a recipe you might enjoy.

Start with a large pot – not too large, just large enough to produce one sale for one satisfied customer.

Add in all of the reasons why your customers like the home you have shown them, the features, the benefits, and the location. Measure carefully. Fold them in skillfully.

Gently increase the heat – bring to a simmer. Do not boil.

Keep stirring to keep everything well blended but don’t agitate or stir too much. Keep it from sticking to the bottom.

Watch out for objections. If your customers throw anything into the pot that adds nothing to the meal, take them out immediately. If you can use them, fold them in and salt to taste.

Heat evenly until done.

Serve with congratulations.
