Wachovia was a bank that never quite had it together. They took over for samller banks. They were on every street corner in some areas due to the acquisitions and mergers. The were a small bank trying to act big without the small bank service or charm.
Tomorrow more branches are set to take down the Wachovia sign and become Wells-Fargo. Here's to hoping that Wells-Fargo can resurrect a failing brand and provide some real mortgage services and customer satisfaction.
