How are you going to use the time that you save?

I love the AT&T wireless plan with rollover minutes - wouldn't it be great if it applied to life? Wow, I have 800 unused rollover minutes this month - I think I'll use some tonight after midnight, after the regular 24-hour period expires - maybe do some more typing or get a couple extra hours of sleep.

What if we were able to save an extra 10 or 15 minutes each day and keep it in a rollover account or under the mattress for an emergency when we need some more time?

As tempting as that sounds, we know that we all have the same amount of time each day and that once it passes, that's it. All of us have the same 24 hours, 60 minutes, 1,440 minutes, and 86,400 seconds - depending on how you want to look at it.

It doesn't matter how old we are, where we live, or anything else - we all get the same allotment each day. We can be more efficient, but we can't really save time.
