Of course we can't go back in time, but if we could we are at that point in the year 2008 when it's just as far to back to January 1st as it is to proceed to December 31st. Tomorrow the point of no return so-to-speak will have passed.
This means that in just a few hours, the end of the month of June, the end of the 2nd Quarter (April-May-June), and the end of the first half of the year will have occurred - all at midnight tonight in whatever time zone you're in.
Boy, time can really go by quickly.
