President Obama, who refuses to even get near the phrase "terroism attack" to describe what really happened at Ft. Hood. has admonished Congress to wait to do any investigation of the incident until all the facts are known. Isn't that what an investigation is - collecting and analyzing facts?
What this seems to be is an attempt to let the outrage over this act of terror ("unfortunate incident") die down a little before making any official statements.
How about this? We were attacked by a terrorist. That is the bottom line. Now, fill in the details. No need to wait.
