For those who might not be aware, I publish a 3-minute or so audio podcast sales and motivational message every other day on "Steve Hoffacker's Happenings." The first message was March 3, 2009, and I just released my 500th message.
These messages are for Realtors, new home salespeople, and professioanl salespeople across the spectrum.
They are archived so you can go back and listen to whichever ones you might like. Many are topical - dealing with current issues. Some are as current today as they were when they were recorded.
