Spring Into Action To Take Advantage Of Your Market

Barbara Franklin posted a great article about spring real estate activity and how important it is to do all we can - while we can. Love the slice of pizza analogy.

She describes her market as very active. Maybe your isn't quite as productive right now. That doesn't matter - getting as large of a share of it as possible does.

Have a great spring selling season. Remember the "Spring Selling Specatular"? This falls right in line with that.

 

Working In Real Estate Today Is Like Sharing A Pizza.....Make Sure You Take Your Piece Before It's Gone!!

We're going through a phase right now where everything is selling...the good; the bad and down-right ugly homes are all selling.  That's a double bonus for us.  Along with our resale properties, our new construction is also selling to the owners of these resale homes that have been on the market waiting for the surge.

Are you experiencing the same?  Just remember, this is the time to do "double time" because all good things slow down and/or come to an end.  Take the fullest advantage of every real estate opportunity, especially with prices at the pump increasing rapidly. 

This is the perfect time to be offering open house events for properties in your inventory.  There are more buyers participating in the market now that the weather is improving.   Don't miss the opportunity to capture as much of your market share as possible.  Get it while you can!!!

Spring Fever Comes To Sales

This time of year I have labeled the "Spring Selling Spectacular." I runs from now until Memorial Day weekend at the end of May. In all some 95 days of selling opportunities without major distractions to slow us down or deter our customers from making a decision.

There's St. Patrick's Day, Patriots' Day, Easter, spring break, and looking ahead to summer vacation - but that's about it. Plus, not everyone is affected by those.

Here I am to explain it a little more.
