Southwest Airlines has never landed at Atlanta's Hartsfield Airport - until today. It has often been inconvenient to fly other carriers to Atlanta or to fly longer routes on Southwest to get to your destination because they didn't serve Atlanta. That's now behind us.
The merger of AirTran with Southwest means that Southwest now serve Atlanta because AirTran already did.
The Bahamas will also be part of the system now.
It'll be good to see Southwest in Atlanta.
