For peace of mind while showing property - particularly if you have any concern for your safety - here is a free application called "Moby" for your smartphone.
There are premium editions available also that allow being able to establish scheduled calls between you and your designated circle of contacts - manager, broker, spouse, children, friend, associates, or whomever you want to be checking on you and your safety.
The free version has a panic button to alert your designated contacts to send help and a mapping feature to show your location. of course, you decide when to use use it and who to share it with.
