I love it when I hear that something sells itself or almost sells it. I find it quite amusing.
I have visions of the home, car, or appliance greeting me, making the presentation, answering my questions, discussing the terms with me, taking my payment, writing up the agreement or giving me a receipt, and then getting in the car for me to take it home.
I guess in those cases when it "practically sell itself" that it T/Os to a manager to complete the process.
