That didn't long. Last week at Fontana, Jimmie Johnson drove his Lowe's 48 Chevrolet into Victory Lane. It was the 48th win in his 9 year career. 48 for 48.
Well, today, he won at Las Vegas, making it 49 for 48. Can't do much better than that - back-to-back wins for the reigning 4-time, 4-in-a-row Champion.
The nice thing about this victory is that there were a series of adjustments and decisions to be made - as there are in any arace, and as there are with any of the drivers and teams.
This was a total team effort that resulted in a victory after some of the early going wasn't exactly to their liking.
Make choices, make decisions, make it better.
