Recently, I have noticed several property photos - especially commercial - where the pictures are being taken from so far away - and at a relatively poor image quality - that it's difficult to tell what I'm looking at. Forget about the basic architectural design.
If I am going to present a condo building, a bulk sale, a warehouse, an office building, or investment property to a client, I need to have at least have some idea of what it looks like - without doing a physical inspection on my own, That will come later - for now I just want to know what it looks like. I'm not sure why, but I guess that might be asking a lot.
Seriously, no photo would be preferable to some of the poor quality images that I've seen.
Let's remember, first impressions do count.
