Recession? What recession? Oh, you mean that thing that supposedly we're getting ready to have, or that maybe already happened and we're moving out of?
Well, if you believe that we might be heading for or have already been in a recession (I don't), take heart.
The people that think they know finally announced that they think we're in a recession - they're not real sure. That's OK, I'm not participating anyway - neither should you.
Besides, most of the time that they get around to making such an official announcment, the supposed recession (because no one really knows when it startes or even if there is one) is either over or winding down.
All this points to a great 2009. Consumer confidence should be rebounding. Attitudes should be improving. It's a great time to be in sales.
