I ran across this listing photo, and - forget about the price, size, or location - the first thing that came to mind was the appearance.
Am I asking too much or being too picky to expect to see a photo showing a well-groomed site?
Look what a little extra care would have done before taking the picture. Trimming the grass, adding a couple of flowers, and moving the piece of plywood would have added quite a bit to the appearance and curb appeal.
