I just saw a listing on a commercial piece of property marked "Price Reduction." I guess so. What a price! Imagine: $299,000 for "34,928.00 Acres"! It goes on to mention that the owner is motivated - priced like that it's rather obvious.
Of course the size of the parcel is printed wrong - don't really know what the correct size is supposed to be but it doesn't look too big in the picture. A little proofreading would have prevented this.
