D.R. Horton has come up with an innovative solution for a Portland neighborhood - urban infill homes starting at under 400 square feet total. There's no garage, but the demographic doesn't seem to need one.
I've had experience selling innovative small products, and in the right setting they do very well. This appears to be such an instance.
