As thousands of flights into and out of the mid-Atlantic and northeast have been cancelled - along with those to Flodia and elsewhere that were connecting flights from there,
As Europe begins to get moving again after snow and ice have shut down air travel for several days,
As inches and inches of snow - soon to be feet of snow - piled up from North Carolina to Maine,
As South Florida prepares for an overnight low of 28 tonight and similar temparatures the next three nights - making it some 7 nights of freezing or near freezing temparatures in December and a first in over 80 years,
And as many other areas in the country brace for unusually high snowfalls and frigid tempearatures,
It is comforting to know that we really are experiencing global warming (or the new pc term "climate change") and that our country has invested large sums of money to participate in the Denmark and Mexican Summits and to help fund the UN's $110 billion bailout of smaller countries to help them combat global warming - and that Al Gore has become a billionaire in the process.
Makes you think that the folks projecting a 30-year cooling cycle are closer to reality.
