Isn't is interesting how we go through life sometimes ignoring things that we maybe should know about but figure somehow it's better not to know - or that no news means everything's OK?
Like when you haven't heard from a lender for a couple of weeks and figure everything's moving along - when in fact they are waiting on you or the buyer to supply something and haven't bothered to tell you about it. You think everything's fine, but it's at a complete standstill.
Or that phone call you're dreading might come from someone who wants to cancel or withdraw and when you don't get it for a few days you figure you made it - only to learn they that mailed in their cancelation or stopped payment on the check.
Or the buyers that you just know are coming back any day with their check that you finally catch up with and learn that they moved to another area.
Sometimes not knowing is worse than knowing.
