As September closes out so does our summer heat. A cold front (mild but still welcome) is advancing toward us and should arrive tomorrow. We are looking at lows in the upper 60s - not seen except for a couple of storm cooled nights since early May. Those storm cooled nights don't really count because of the high humidity that offset the lower temps.
If the humidity cooperates with the cool front, we might be able to turn off the air conditioning. That will be a real treat.
Usually weak cold fronts this time of year stall before they get here. This one is actually being anticipated as the real deal. We'll see.
