If you are enthusiastic about your business and the opportunities you have to interact with the public, if you are passioante about your business and the way you deliver your product or service to the marketplace, and you are a delight to talk with because of your attitude, then you will do well.
Today has been a great day. i have been fortunate to have had several conversations with such individuals. They are a real joy to be around, and the success of their businesses are evidence of that.
Not that product knowledge isn't important, but give me enthusiasm and passion first. That will carry the day, even in the absence of other skills.
