"Gotta Travel On" is the title of an old song that I've always enjoyed - especially the tune.
Well, the title is very appropriate for today's market. We think that because there are fewer serious buyers that we need to hold onto every person who even looks like they might be interested in a home. This is a recipe for disappointment.
At the first sign that I'm working with someone who doesn't want my help, won't listen to me, isn't realistic about the market, or isn't serious about making a decision, they're gone and I'm in search of someone else to work with.
Why be frustrated trying to work with someone who doesn't get it or isn't really serious? Time to move on.
