It's decision time

Remember all of those people you've talked to this year who said something like they wanted to wait until later in the year to do something - whether it's buy or list? How about those who said something like they wanted to wait until after the holidays? How about all of those people you talked to earlier in the year who just wanted to wait - for interest rates to fall, for sales to pick up, for an event in their to occur, or whatever?

Gee, it's getting pretty late in the year. It's decision time.

Time to get back in touch with all of those people who wanted to wait - for whatever reason - and see where they are in their thought process now.

For anyone who told you they wanted to do something by the end of the year, that time is here. For those who want to do something right after the first of the year, go ahead and get an early start.

For those who were waiting for whatever reason, you've given them time. Now it's time to decide. Are they buyers or not? Is now the time? Why not now?

As you approach the last 10 days of the year, fill up your calendar with such calls and you may just surprise yourself. A sales this month is fine. One in early January is OK, too.

Don't ignore them. Find out which people are still viable.
