My apologies to my readers

I enjoy feedback and I like to respond to comments when I get them. Since yesterday afternoon, this is a lot harder. I no longer get emails telling me about a new comment, so I have to monitor recent posts.

Please tell me if this is just me with this issue or if anyone else is experiencing this.

If it is just me, how can I get back what I had?
