Well, it's not an actual birthday - but it is a milestone.
My car has now become a mature, senior citizen of 100,000 miles.
On my way back from Tampa yesterday I knew it would celebrate this milestone, so I kept checking the odometer - constantly - so I wouldn't miss it.
I saw all the 9's rolling over and then it 100,000. It was so sudden! I pulled off immediately but it had already advanced a tenth before I could stop.
Oh well. now there's another seasoned member of the family.
