Today, I taught the first day of three for the Certified Aging in Place ("CAPS") designation. This certification is offered through the National Association of Home Builders.
I teach this course sevral times a year, and there will be one other opportunity on October 31 to take it this year.
Don't live nearby? That's fine. Most of the attendees are from outside the area - even Canada. Our weather is very nice this time of year.

Tomorrow, the coursework continues with "Design/Build Solutions for Aging & Accessibility" ("CAPS II") with more strategies for developing a team approach for delivery and use of a case study to illustrate and practice the principles learned.
The program concludes Wednesday with"Business management for Building Professionals." If you have an ASID, AIA, or certain otehr professional designations you may not need to take the Wednesday course.
