Csar, czar, tsar, tzar. Foreign sounding names and spellings for a foreign concept to America. Supreme power with no accountability.
Obama didn't create the first csar, but he is taking the practice to new extremes. A total of 16 csars now are in play, with the addition of the pay csar today. Add that to the energy csar, economic csar, drug csar, health csar, border csar, car scar ...
The csars duplicate and supersede the cabinet positions in many cases - education, energy, health, homeland security. The csars are not accountable to anyone except maybe the President who appoints them. They are not confirmed by Congress, they don't answer to Congress, they are not elected, they don't answer to the American people.
These 16 people have absolute power - power that was never intended by the Constitution.
America, this is not good - and it doesn't bode well for capitalism.
