I thought it was strange how we hadn't heard from or about Eric Holder in days. He does keep a rather low profile except when he is suing Arizona or prosecuting terrorists in civilian courts, but still.
The Dream Act, the defeat in the terorism case, the TSA dustup, the DADT, and so many other issues are simmering on the front of the stove, and Eric is nowhere to be found. But, now I know why.
It seems he has been vacationing in Switzerland on our dime. They say he has been lobbying for the US to win a World Cup hosting slot, but that worked out about as well as Obama's famous appearance in Denamrk for the 2016 Olympic Games.
So the US is 0-2 versus the World sporting bodies.
Funny, I didn't realize that the Attorney General's job description included being a soccer expert and selling the benefits of hosting a World Cup event in this country. Seems like there could have been must have been so many other qualified and appropriate people that could have gone.
This is another example of the Administration being out of their element and out of touch with things that really matter.
I long ago said that Holder should be fired for refusal to enforce the illegal immigration statutes that are on the books, failure to aggressively mainatin the southern border, and for condoning sanctuary cities,
Add to that being absent for a very questionable activity - even if the President did send him.
America we deserve more from the top cop. No wonder he wants the DREAM Act passed. he already has a dream job, and that would make it even sweeter.
