Take 2 Realtors - this is a comparsion, not a joke.
One reads the news, discusses the news accounts with friends, sees the number of short sales and foreclosures, and is really concerned about the health of the real estate business. Maybe they will not stay in real estate and move into something less risky.
The other stays up with current events but doesn't pay that much attention to news reports. Short sales and foreclosures are just a part of the current real estate landscape - but so are people willing to sell their homes at a reasonable price and people wanting to move into a new residence. Real estate is still a very exciting business.
Which Realtor do we think is having more fun? Making more money? Serving more customers effectively?
Attitude definitely affects our point of view, and the converse also is true.
